Ashpole Spinney Ashpole Spinney is located on a private drive way accessed through security gates and is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by open countryside and woodlands. The Lake is stocked with silver fish, Chub, Tench, Perch, Rudd, Crucian Carp and Bream. There is a large head of carp, with many running into double figures and a chance of a 25lb + specimen. The site offers parking. CLOSE SEASON 1st January - 14th February inclusive

Vehicle identification card MUST be on display inside your vehicle. Fish from permanent pegs ONLY. Keep noise level DOWN at all times. No litter or cigarette stubs to be left behind Groundbait is allowed in small quantities - 1 kilo (2.2lb) per person per half day maximum. All other baits to be used in reasonable quantities - be sensible! Mis-use will lead to restrictions No carp (exc crucians) in keepnets. (The ONLY exception to this rule will be offical GAC matches at the discretion of the Match Secretary.) BARBLESS hooks and strong line only. Be aware of livestock in fields. Members may fish two rods (from the same peg) please report any abuse of this rule to the Committee.
